Who We Are

What We Collect at Signup
Your name, email, phone number, and business name — for registration and operating the service. Payment details are passed directly to the payment processor and are not stored with us.
We do not see the content you enter into the system. Your customers, inventory, and orders are stored encrypted and protected by Row-Level Security — only you have access to them.
Marketing-Page Analytics
When you visit our marketing pages we collect statistical data to measure campaign performance: IP address, browser and device type, browser language, the page you came from (referrer), campaign parameters (UTM, fbclid, igshid), time spent on the page, and button clicks (signup/download). We do not use cookies or store any information in your browser for this. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring and improving our pages, and this data is kept for up to 24 months.
Sharing & Processors
We do not sell your information. We rely only on infrastructure and measurement providers — Supabase (data storage) and Netlify (hosting) — and disclose information only where required by law.
International Transfers
Our providers may store data on servers located outside your country, including outside the EEA (for example, in the United States). Where required, such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Security and Retention
Data is encrypted with AES-256; communication is encrypted with TLS. Account data is kept as long as the account is active; after cancellation — 90 days of retention and then full deletion. Analytics data is kept for up to 24 months.
Your Rights
Regarding all information we hold — including analytics data — you have the right to access, correct, delete, object to, or restrict its use, and to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority (the ICO for UK visitors, or your local authority in the EU). Do Not Track
We do not track visitors across third-party websites over time, and we do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.
