The Service
Julee OS provides software for managing jewelry businesses. Using the service constitutes acceptance of these terms. Contact: support@julee-os.com.
Registration and Payment
Registration is required. A 14-day free trial with no charge. Billing is made in advance at the start of each cycle. You may cancel at any time; there are no refunds for periods already billed.
Data Ownership
The data you enter into the system is fully yours. We have no access to your content (your customers, inventory items, orders) — it is protected by Row-Level Security at the database level. Upon account deletion — data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted.
Liability
The service is provided "AS-IS". Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. AI integrations are for assistance only and do not constitute professional advice.
Prohibited Use
Unlawful use, sending marketing messages without the recipient's consent, or actions that harm the service are prohibited. In case of a violation — we may suspend the account.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The laws of the State of Israel apply. Jurisdiction rests with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district.
