Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your Julee Market account and the data associated with it, in accordance with Google Play's account-deletion requirements.

How to delete your account from the app

Open the Julee Market app and make sure you are signed in.
Go to Settings → Delete account.
Type your username to confirm, then tap Permanently delete.

Your account is closed immediately and you are signed out.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, we remove the personal data associated with it, including:

Your profile (display name, username, bio, profile photo, and location).
Your posts, photos, videos, and stories.
Your comments, likes, and saved items.
Your ratings and reviews.
Your follow relationships (followers and following).
Your direct-message conversations.
Your push-notification tokens (so you no longer receive notifications).

Data that may be retained temporarily

For security, fraud-prevention, and legal-compliance purposes, some data may be retained in a deactivated state for up to 30 days after deletion. During this period the account cannot be used to sign in. After 30 days, this data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

If you cannot access the app

If you are unable to sign in or no longer have the app installed, you can request account and data deletion by email. Please write from the email address associated with your account so we can verify your request:

We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the same 30-day security retention window described above.
